I was doing Quest called "Shopping Around" and Quest Taker wasn't on location where he should be (NPC was not killed).
Faction: Alliance
Race: Dwarf
Class: Shaman
Location: Stormwind City (near to Dwarven District)

Steps for reproducing the issue:
- Add NPC with ID = 54021 (Hudson Barnes)

NPC will be added back into the Game with the next Update.
