Greetings,
First of all - you do not get the Soul Ash from this quest: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=62932/explore-torghast
Secondly - we don't get the proper Soul Ash from completing the wings in Torghast.
How it should work:
Layer 1 rewards 120 Souls Ash
Layer 2 rewards 100 Soul Ash
Layer 3 rewards 85 Soul Ash
= 305 Soul Ash
However if you complete all 3 layers in one go you'd get 150 , 100 and 85 Soul Ash
Which makes 335 Soul Ash in total for one wing.
Thus we were able to craft our legendary second week in shadowlands.
Now we have like 610 Soul Ash in the first week which is wrong, it should be 670 for all 3 layers (each wing)
Today there was a reset / new torghast layers became available which also reward only 305 Soul Ash from completing it.
305+305+305+305 = 1220 (WRONG!)
335 + 335 + 335 + 335 = 1340 (RIGHT!)
For our legendary we require a total of 1250 Soul Ash - thus we can't craft it now.
Please send out the missing Soul Ash, and fix it for future players.

Agree. I only be able to obtain 1st week 610 and then in the 2nd week i got another 610... im missing 30 Soul ash for the legendary...
At this point torghast dont have sence. why i cant repeat it and receive some soul ash? im goin to put some info from wow head
You can also re-clear Torghast for additional Soul Ash even after you've already completed your weekly clears, and you can repeat it as many times as you wish.
Completing higher floors will automatically award you any Soul Ash from lower Layers, so you can skip lower floors with impunity - As an example, clearing a Layer 12 wing will automatically grant the Soul Ash from all lower layers, for a total of 1040 Soul Ash per clear.

@Tweedy oh man i miss that, sorry but anyways after doin all the levels of torghast it says "you can get extra soul ash for complete it" so its not giving nothing :/
Dude thats the tooltip from 9.1.5. Its not giving for additional runs after first cause content wise we are.9.0. It says it cos the tooltip is from 9.1.5.
Sorry my report was wrong either!
In 9.0.2 we were able to get 1340 Soul Ash - while they changed it as it was to strong in 9.0.5 reduced the amount of it.
