report : The New You - can't progress quest

Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): I can't speak with Szabo, Gappy Silvertooth and Missa Spekkies to progress(and finish)quest. They dont have a dialogue option to give me quest item(Cool Shades, Hip New Outfit and Shiny Bling). I create character on Tournament, but i think this bug exist on other realm in WoD(ex. Grommash).
