The wednesday 10 of february, we'll merge the 2 WotLK realms: Pandaria and Dalaran. This merge will result on a new WotLK realm: Icecrown. This realm will be considered as international, but it'll have support for both english and french.

Respecting the accounts with more than 10 players in WotLK (example: 7 on Pandaria and 5 on Dalaran), we are going to apply one solution, and we won't need to modify the launcher for it. If you have more than 10 characters, in the character selection screen you'll see 2 different realms for Icecrown. In the first you'll see the first 10, and in the second the remanining character.

This merge will allow us to properly prepare for the cross-realm, that is incoming. This monday we'll start the tests on the server WoWCircle, for checking that the cross-realm won't deteriore the game features, but we don't have any release date yet. We'll also remove the restart of instance IDs with the release of the cross-realms.
