 General

• Fixed a rename problem when the user have chosen a name with accents.
• Fixed the problem on teleport with horde guard in Dalaran.
• Revamped Starting zones to match the new Legion system better (Starting zones have changed a bit in Legion compared to earlier expansions).
• Fixed an issue that made non-player characters in Stormheim not visible.
