Kharanos both arriving and Ironforge NPCs, they begin to walk and go each one by hand, making it impossible to deliver assignments or sell and buy these NPCs.

If that's entirely true, NPCs leave and impossible to deliver missions.
A dwarf hunter without pet ninel 12 is impossible to continue, impossible, and the instructor gets under the floor any more into Ironforge, making it impossible to complete the mission apart from other npcs eg engineering, so it is impossible to climb.
Yep, i confirm this bug for Kharanos, all npc of the tavern are not here, so impossible to give quest and train with master.
Also confirmed, Gnome mage arrived at Kharanos, saw NPCs spawn inside walls, etc. Only rogue trainer was able to begin his walking tour.
