Cannot learn outlands mining anywhere...doesnt seem to be in the game

Name-Bloodrend/Horde/61lvl < Hello i have a problem with outland mining trainer i currently have mining(300) and i cant train it in the Outland keep, I mean i can mine Fell Ore's but i cant smelt them and its not good for me...please help me with this,Ty for helping in advance :)
