Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): The item (Abyssal Fragment) is missing from the loottable of the game, this item is supposed to drop from Old God related creature (Nagas, Drowned Harbinger, Faceless Destroyers, etc...), and its not dropping, I spent 2 hours trying to drop 1 of these Fragments, and it didnt dropped, they work like the "Sky Shard" from MoP, if you collect 20 Abyssal Fragment, you can combine them to summom a rare that upon being killed it'll drop the Nazjatar Blood Serpent mount (recolour of the Abyssal Worm from Tomb of Sargerar).
Steps for reproducing the issue: Try killing any Old God related creature and see if it drops the item
