反馈 : [MW] Brewing: Mana Tea and Chi Brew

Hotfix (2013-10-22): "Tigereye Brew and Mana Tea gains from Chi Brew now correctly benefit from Mastery: Bottled Fury and Brewing: Mana Tea."

Brewing: Mana Tea gives a chance to generate DOUBLE the mana tea stacks when you gain mana tea stacks. Chi Brew gives two stacks of mana tea normally. If your brewing procs when you use Chi Brew, then it should give four stacks.

Currently, it looks like it gives anywhere between 3-5 stacks when it procs with Brewing: Mana Tea.
