As said you yerterday, theres no bug on the spell. Be careful when testing with drain soul talent because it modifies your results. Yoy cant also trust the tooltips, they are wrongin the 90% of times

I guess it may be related to Wrath of Consumption somehow. I was trying to enable/disable certain buffs in the dungeon and I sometimes had and sometimes hadn't reduced dmg. Whats interesting about the bug, its always the exact % amount, always down by 50% on each spell..

I dunno what is it, im simple player i just wanna play. And i cant, cuz i cant give dps, if i cant give dps i cant do mythic+ or raids, so im like waste two-three month to learn and drop equip for my champion and now i cant play.
Also, yes we cant trust tool tips, but when we see that all tool tip like division by 2 and instead of 400k+ dps we 200k dps its tell us something.
Im tested, its not drain soul fault, tool tip and dps changed after using reap souls.
As you can see, the report status is "in progress" which means it will be worked on current cycle or its being worked on, so calm down, we are aware of the issues.

and i take reduction degat
You prob had something that modified you damage before and bugued it out. I you test again make sure you delete cache folder bwfore logging and dont switchs specs just in case
