If I already have a Power Word: Fortitude on me and I go in a warlock's blood pact's range, my hp will go down to 100% health without any stamina buff. For example I have a Power Word: Fortitude on me and I have 317k health, if I go in warlock's range, my health will go down to 288k (which is my non-buffed health) and my maximum stamina will be 317k. Same thing happens if I have a Power Word: Fortitude and a Blood Pact and I go far enough to lose Blood Pact, my health will go down to 288k but my maximum health won't change.
I'm pretty sure that since I'm always under Power Word: Fortitude buff, my health shouldn't change
Of course the same thing happends if I have Blood Pact first and I put Power Word: Fortitude.

Connect a priest and group a warlock, stay far enough from the warlock and put your Power Word: Fortitude on yourself, now go near the warlock and you'll see that your health drop by 10% upon reaching the warlock.
Conenct a priest and group a warlock, go close enough to the warlock to gain Blood Pact, now buff yourself with Power Word: Fortitude and you'll see that your health drop by 10%.
I reported the bug in warlock category because the bug is mostly triggered by warlock, but note that it also works if two priest buff each other :
First priest use Power Word: Fortitude, heals himself to have 100% health, then the second priest buff the first one, now the first priest lost 10% health but his maximum health didn't change.
In fact the maximum health did change for the priest. He has Fortitude up. You use another Fortitude buff. When happens is as follows : the second fortitude cancels the old one. The priest loses bonus health. The second Fortitude is applied to the priest. Maximum health increases.
However it is indeed a bug for warlocks, since blood pact doesn't fade when we apply Fortitude. And same thing if you already have Fortitude up and go near a warlock, Fortitude doesn't (or shouldn't if it does) fade, so you shouldn't lose any health. Confirmed.
