Complete description of your issue: I am not able to complete http://www.wowhead.com/quest=39401/destroying-the-competition quest. When I take the quest, I'm able to read the blueprint and build the Destroyer ship, but I can't send it to a mission. I can't send it to any mission. When I hover my cursor over the mission http://www.wowhead.com/mission=638/a-little-combat (or any other mission) it says in red text that it requires "defeating the Blockade" naval mission. I don't remember if I had that kind of mission in the earlier quests, but this is where I got stuck. I completed the "first" quest just fine, but now I'm stuck for the second.
Steps for reproducing the issue:
Right now I don't have any data on how to reproduce this issue. I have heard that some players have similar problems on different quests in the questline, since there are 3 similar quests, players get stuck on one of those. If I get more info, I shall add it to the comment section.

I get the exact same issue
Here is what happened to me. On my mage I did this quest Destroying the Competition but the naval mission succeded, while it should fail to progress with the chain, so I can't take the next one If At First You Fail, Try Again! and i'm stuck there.
On my hunter instead i'm stuck on Destroying the Competition because of the same problem as Masashi.
Today I abandoned quest and tried again, and it worked, the mission showed up and I "failed" it. Now I'm stuck on the quest called "Equipping Our Fleet", I can't find the NPC on the Docks.

same problem as lioh with my mage khalis i succeded on the mission and now i didnt get any follow up
