Life leech's heal is broken.
With talent Secrets of the Necrolyte, damage is upped by 200% (that is working as intended). HOWEVER, the heal that you get from life leech does also benefit from said damage boost when it should be nerfed with a 0.33 ratio.
Without the Necrolyte Aura, currently the heal from life lech is 600% of the damage inflicted.
Drain Soul is having the exact same issue.

2 months ago this was reported, 1 month later, got fixed. Now it's broken again
What healing are you talking about... Drain Soul heal me for 900 , Syphon Life for 450... (suposed to heal for 100% of the damage )
It heals so much, I think that more in arenas/bgs than in outworld pvp

With Secrets of the Necrolyte damage is 3*X. But heal is Y (not increased; read tootip of passive). So Y/(3*X) = 0.33*(Y/X) = 198%.
