Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Whilst in the Repository fighting the Spirit Kings, the fourth boss of the raid, the NPC's get stuck. After defeating Subetai the Swift, the third character's battle does not start, however Subetai continues to follow the player. We can not progress any further in the raid.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Enter the Mogu'Shan Vaults raid, proceed to The Repository. Talk to Lorewalker Cho to start the battle, fight all of the ancient kings.

It just happened to me too. You attack the first of the four bosses, and the rest remain frozen! Leaving the instance didn't help; the four bosses were unassailable! The other bosses were blocked by the door, and you had to give up the ID. If it was a problem caused by killing them too quickly, the script should be adjusted. The only thing that helped me with a new ID was to face the fight naked, then it worked...but that doesn't make sense or serve any purpose.
Same thing happening to me as well. Specifically, Gara'jal the Spiritbinder is untargetable/unattackable so the instance just stalls there. My friends are facing this issue too.
