Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue):

Lifebind and Spiritbloom not interacting at all. Lifebind talent states that all people that are bonded are being healed by 40% of all healing their bonded partners take and all spells work fine with it but Spiritbloom. For some reason Spiritbloom has 0 interaction if 2 or multiple other targets are Lifebinded. Reading the tooltip I'd imagine that Lifebind - Spiritbloom combo should work like this:

if Spiritbloom is empowered up to 2 targets and lifebind is on 2 targets the SB should split into 2 projectiles which both should give 40% of their healing to the other bonded person
if SB is empowered up to 3 targets and 3 targets are Lifebound, SB is split into 3 projectiles of which each of the 3 projectiles heal every other target but the target hit for 40% of their healing. In a nutshell
if 4 or 5 people rinse repeat the up above mentioned method etc etc

Problem with SB is that it doesn't interact with LB at all, which reading from the LB tooltip "causing your healing on either partner to heal the other for 40%", shouldn't be happening. If my statemate is correct this is potentially a huge overlooked accidental nerf to Preservation Evokers.

I am NOT a professional when it gets to Evokers but if it's at all possible can someone more informed about the class look into the up above stated problem?

Steps for reproducing the issue: Talent into Lifebind and Spiritbloom

Lifebind yourself and another target and use a rank 1 Spiritbloom, reading from the tooltip the Spiritbloom should in fact heal both targets for 100% of the spell and another 40% because of lifebind.

2 targets: 40% 40%
3 targets hit (and Lifebound all 3): each target takes 40% from -2- other bolts and 100% from his own bolt
4 targets hit (and Lifebound all 4): each target takes 40% from -3- other bolts and 100% from his own bolt
5 targets: ^ +1
