Shield of Righteous and Word of Glory do not reduce cooldown of Avenging Wrath via Righteous Protector talent when Divine Purpose buff is active.
Both should reduce cooldown as if spell was casted for 3 Holy Power.

Shining Light make next Word of Glory also FREE but it works fine and reduces cooldown for 3 secs. Should be same for Divine Purpose.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Pick Righteous Protector and Divine Purpose, get Divine Purpose buff, use Shield of Righteous or Word of Glory

Now Righteous Protector works only for Shining Light.
It doesn't work neither for Shield of Righteous nor for Word of Glory. Exactly same issue happened before - https://firestorm-servers.com/ru/report/see_report/113713
