It was guaranteed being able to be bought multiple times also many wowhead proofs

Also, it doesn't teach you that rank of the Covenant-specific conduits for inactive Covenants, *so you have to purchase it again* for other Covenants, or do Prototype Pantheon while in that Covenant (LFR already gives the iLvl 239 version, higher in other difficulties)

I used the item I bought in Zereth Mortis to level up the Curia Conduits to 226 and the Curia Principal didn't level up. It's called Ephemeral Power Source.
You cannot buy it again so you can never get 226 covenant conduit for other 3 covenants if u used one
