Steps for reproducing the issue:
during the mission: "Hir'eek, the Bat Loa". I can't talk to hir`eek to complete the mission. He tells me that I have to be closer but the npc is in the air

Same here, just got to this quest and can't progress because Hir'eek is uninteractible

I got the same problem here, it tells me to talk to jo'chunga in the blood ritual pool, but he's is not here :( . I tried to disconnect and reconnect, nothing changed.
Problem solved: i abandoned the quest and restarted it.
