http://www.wowhead.com/spell=134735/battle-fatigue in PvP reduce target chance for dodge or parry your attack by 20% (Effect #5). But on our server it's not work.

Just tested on retail, heal crits are 1,5x of normal heals in PvP. It doesn't suffer 20% more.

PS: I know you reported the dodge/parry part, but I proved that it's not the same thing as the 15% expertise through testing healing which is the major feature of battle fatigue. The proof I wrote on my other ticket concerning expertise is newer than Battle Fatigue itself.
