The NPCs Bloodwash Gambler (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=41404/bloodwash-gambler ), needed for the quest Neptool's Revenge (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=25706/neptools-revenge ) are not spawned. They should be spawned at Bloodwash Fighting Pits.
