Description of issue:
- Items such as http://www.wowhead.com/item=8529/noggenfogger-elixir (Skeleton transformation), http://www.wowhead.com/item=50362/deathbringers-will (transformations), etc.
- You should be able to mount up with almost all effects (transformation effects) from these items (toys, elixirs, potions, trinkets, etc.)
- For example when you have Skeleton form from http://www.wowhead.com/item=8529/noggenfogger-elixir you are not able to mount up as well as with http://www.wowhead.com/item=50362/deathbringers-will when bonus procs.
