In the Sanctum of Domination, the final boss Sylvana Windrunner does not function properly. At a certain stage of the battle, she stands in one place and does nothing.
Steps for reproducing the issue:
I repeatedly reloaded, waited, restarted the battle, rebooted—the result was the same: Sylvana stood motionless with 1% HP.

Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Last section when fighting Sylvanas on the chains, Sylvanas or Jaina keeps bugging out around the 4th or 5th bridge and literally impossible to complete. It worked on second try on Heroic but I have tried 9 times on Mythic with does least amount of damage possible, waiting on Jaina, trying max damage and so on, but cant progress.

Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Me and friend were farming transmogs in the Sanctum of Domination and since he didn't play shadowlands we went with raid finder difficulty, everything went fine until we got to Sylvanas Windrunner. First phase begun we did it, then second phase started we were following janna and thrall killing ads until the last ice bridge jaina summons and gets bugged on it, Thrall and Bolvar continue and get to Sylvanas but she seems stuck in single place not doing anything while Thrall and Bolvar hit her and she's on 1hp and doing nothing.The third phase never begun it just gets stuck there, we were trying everything to get her to do anything but nothing worked. My assumptions are that Jaina getting bugged is why Sylvana never gets on third phase and is stuck with 1hp in same place
Steps for reproducing the issue: Complete Phase 1 of Sylvanas Windrunner, start phase 2 go over all bridges and on the last bridge Jaina gets to middle of it and stays there while Sylvana is on last point before going to phase 3.

What players reported:
- During phase 2 (the bridges), Jaina stops on one of the last bridges and Sylvanas stays at 1% health doing nothing, so phase 3 never starts. It was reported in Raid Finder and in Mythic.
- Players report that interrupting every Ruin cast avoids it.
We will follow up in this report.
