Here's what's coming up:

PUZZLING CARTEL CHIPS

The Puzzling Cartel Chip is a new currency that allows players to buy specific items from the Manaforge Omega raid or Mythic trinkets and weapons.

Where can I pick up the quest?

Located near the Great Vault in Dornogal, you will see an ethereal scroll on the wall. Interact with it to start the quest called Turbo-Boost: Trade Must Flow, when you complete this quest, you will be rewarded with 3 Puzzling Cartel Chips, in the following weeks you will receive just one Chip by picking this quest: Turbo Boost: Infinity Growth.
There's also a catch-up system that lets players who missed a few weeks complete the quest multiple times and claim all the pieces.

Important: You are limited to earning 9 Puzzling Cartel Chips per character, with each item costing 3 Chips, so you will only be able to buy 3 items per character.

Where can I get my raid gear pieces?

Once you have 3 Chips, you can visit the dealers Fixer So'kir (Heroic Vendor) and Fixer So'tho (Mythic Vendor) in Dornogal near the Great Vault and exchange three Puzzling Cartel Chips to purchase gear (trinkets, weapons and special items from the Manaforge Omega Raid on Hero and Myth Track). 
 

Requirements for Purchasing Raid Gear:
Both Hero and Myth Track gear can be purchased with Chips, but each has its own unlock requirements.

• Hero Track: You must defeat a boss on Normal difficulty or higher before you can purchase that boss's Hero Track loot.
• Myth Track: You must defeat a boss on Mythic difficulty before you can purchase that boss's Myth Track loot.

Requirements for Purchasing Mythic  Gear:
For Mythic , only weapons and trinkets are available for purchase with Chips.

• Hero Track: Available immediately with enough Chips.
• Myth Track: Requires timing the dungeon on Keystone Level 12 or higher before its Myth Track item becomes available for purchase.

HERO AND MYTH TRACK INCREASES

Hero and Myth track gear now has 2 additional upgrade ranks, increasing the maximum from 6/6 to 8/8.

• Myth Track: Maximum increased to 730.
• Hero Track: Maximum increased to 717.

UPGRADE CURRENCIES AND WARBOUND GEAR DROP RATES

Crest caps are being removed, and Valorstones will be Warbound for the rest of the season. On top of that, Mythic chests will have double the chance to drop Warbound-until-Equipped gear. This should help players gear their alts more easily!

PROFESSION GEAR UPDATES

Crafted gear is also getting a boost. Once Turbo Boost goes live, items crafted with a Spark of Starlight can be recrafted or upgraded using a Starlight Matrix, increasing their item level by up to 6 levels.

The Matrices have also been improved:

• Runed Starlight Matrix: Grants 3 item levels.
• Gilded Starlight Matrix: Grants 6 item levels, allowing crafted gear to reach ilvl 727.

Starlight Matrices will be available for purchase from Llande or Syenite in Dornogal.

CATALYST CHARGES

Ethereal Voidsplinter (Catalyst charges) now drop from Mythic dungeons, the Manaforge Omega raid, and Rated PvP.

These can help you complete your Tier Set Bonus or unlock specific Season 3 Tier Set transmog appearances.

OTHER FEATURES

Warband Equipment Chests:

• Ethereal Equipment Chest: Available from Agmera in exchange for Valorstones.
• Astral Equipment Chest: Available from Lalandi (Conquest Vendor), in exchange for Conquest, with a required PvP rating of 1400 (any bracket).
