The elite that is the objective of the quest, "Crystal Spine Matriarch", ubicated in Northern Stranglethorn at coords 12.0, 30.0 aprox doesnt apear, so the quest cant be finished.

Confirmed
Have waited for aprox 20 minutes with just 1 other in the entire zone, he/she did not kill the quest boss, thus it have never spawned in the first place.
