From what I can tell, Uplift's healing is possibly too low. The tooltip for Uplift is exactly the number it needs to be without the increase from Serpent Stance. The equation for uplift is (7795+.68*SP)*1.2 (average). With 33588 SP, that means my Uplift should be around 36762 healing.
The healing it actually does is around 28k. That may not seem like much but that is a loss of nearly a quarter of the healing it should do. From what I can see, Uplift was not nerfed or buffed since 5.0.4 and the healing remained pretty much the same for the entire expansion.
Should heal 37636-39039 ((7210 to 8379 + 0.68*35520)*1.2)

Yeah, the amount of heal is calculated right on the button but it does heal less.

P.S I forgot for the http://www.wowhead.com/spell=115070/stance-of-the-wise-serpent bonus.
So on the icon it is calculated withoud the stane bonus and the heal is REALLY low then.
It should heal 38,699 and it healed 26043. This is 48% lower than it should. As this bug https://firestorm-servers.com/us/report/see_report/3835 , this is really major bug for 25 and 10 ppl raids but it is still useless for pvp.
P.P.S I can have made some mistake.
and I found a mistake, on each of MW monk abilities it shows the healing wihout the stance so that part is working.

haha i gived dot to everybody in the raid for testing it and it only healed 130k (not everyplayer, whole raid)
raid was 22 player*
That doesn't prove anything, try the formula on your monk and compare the result from the formula with the actual healing.
(7795+.68*37054)*1.2=39590 (average healing)

Tested on PTR now, should heal 21246, healed 17436.

In the photo up I pasted it, check the photo and btw you must add x1.2 to the heal 21k*1.2
I did add the 20% from the stance, (7210 to 8379 + 0.68*SP)*1.2

The core was using 0.4 as SP multiplier, this is now fixed.
