Dk runes regeneration bug, the concept is totally wrong

Haste and rune regeneration :
After some researches

The equations is
Default Rune regen (10 seconds) / (1 + Haste %) = Rune regen with haste
- Example 1 : 41.44% haste = 10 sec / (1+ 0.4144) = 7.07 sec
- Example 2 : 25% haste would give your runes an 8 second cooldown
But it's like we have a standard cooldown & wrong one with no sence, like 7 sec / 8 sec / 11 sec / 13 sec ...

formula for runes 1/0.1*(1+totalhaste)= works fine
without haste u have 10 sec runes regen, more haste u have, faster runes resets

Yes , part of report about regen runes 3 by 3 is not right , because it must resets only 3 runes at same time, check any video from retail.

i have only one question why this report is confirmed?
la hâte et bug dans mon cas, j'ai 44,01% de hâte = 10 sec / (1+ 0.4401) = 7 sec run regen mais la hâte ça augmente pas il faut corrigé le plus vite possible.
