report : Bone Shield - Bug Charges

Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): bugs:
1) Charges should be spent, TOLPO WHEN MELEE ATTACKS at DK. At the moment the charges are spent and Dot damage.
2) Charges should not be consumed more than 1 charge every 2 seconds. This bug makes useless talents, which depend on the charges, which makes this talent useless, because the player won't have time often use them when fighting multiple opponents.

Steps for reproducing the issue:
1 step: get buff bone shield number of charges, and then to Dot debuff, for example bleeding(I personally it noticed). At each stroke will consume 1 charge - this should not be!

2 step: to the charges of the bone shield and join the battle with 4-6 opponents, the charges will end almost immediately after receiving them. This bug makes useless such talents as: Ossuary, Tombstone, Foul Bulwark. - Because of the broken mechanics of the flow of the charges of the bone shield makes it almost impossible to use them.
