How it is bugged: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=16164/elemental-focus doens't proc when a shaman scores a critical strike with his spells.
How it should work: Upon a critical strike, the buff http://www.wowhead.com/spell=16164/elemental-focus must show up and casting a spell or healing will have his effect increased by 10%. Every spell casted consumel 1 charge.
Priority: 10/10 as this is a huge source of damage and survivability for ele shaman, plus this a tbc mechanic! c'mom :D

Its true spell doesent work at all and its very important for ele shammys as offensive or even defensive situation
