Hi, so i found a bug with our highest damage finisher, wich causes a serious DPS loose for Feral Druids.
The bug:
So every time you Mangle/Shred/Ravage! a target that has Rip on it, the time of Rip should be extended by 2 seconds, which works. Now here comes the bug, if i apply a 5 combo point Rip on a target, it ticks for about 19k. If you now extend that Rip with Mangle/Shred/Ravage! and than reapply (before the old one runs out) a 5 combo point Rip the new DoT will tick for about 14k which shouldn't be the case, it should actually deal the same as the first Rip. This only happens when you extend an existing Rip and reapply it before it runs out.
If you have a 5 combo point Rip on the target and you only Rake to get 5 combo points (so you don't use Mangle/Shred/Ravage! to extend the existing Rip) than it works as intended and applies a new Rip on the target that deals the same amount of damage like the old one.
How it should work:
Well it's pretty easy, if a DoT is refreshed before it expires, the duration of the DoT will be extended by up to the full normal duration of the DoT, and ticks will continue to occur at the prior interval. So as a feral druid it is mandatory to extend your Rip with Mangle/Shred/Ravage! to have the highest possible uptime of our strongest finisher.
To not loose DPS you need to wait until your Rip falls of and than apply a new Rip, which shouldn't be the case because if you have 5 combo points and your Rip is at 3-4 seconds left, you have to wait the 3-4 seconds until it falls of to not apply a weak Rip and waste the combo points.
I made 2 screenshots for this, the first one is a normal 5 combo point Rip, the second one is after reapplying a 5 combo point Rip on an extended Rip.

really? only 1 other person thinks that one of our most important damage spells should be fixed? could maybe someone else confirm that this problem exists?
i created a druid on PTR and there i got the same results, 32k Rip and after extending it and reapplying a 5 combo point Rip it ticks for 14k wich is a 50%+ DPS loose.
