the problem is simple, if Lava Surge procs while i`m casting Lava burst, it does not reset his CD, this means that i have to wait full CD to use Lava burst.
This, for Elemental Shamans, is a really Big problem, because more lava Burst is addictional bare DPS and if using Elemental Fusion More lava surge means more stacks of that passive, that means more famage of flameshock or earth shock.
so, this is a big problem for us.
If the lava surge bug happens like in the description , not even the 4p bonus tier 17 works to give a lava surge proc ( dors not reset che cd)
Yes! Additionally it doesnt give an extra charge if you've talented into Echo of the Elements.
Fixed when you use the double charge talent.
