Not a big deal but Chi Torpedo's healing is too high because it's using the damage formula's AP coefficient for healing.
Damage: a range of number + .556*AP
Healing 8407*.556*AP
The real formula for healing is 8408*.385*AP.
And side note: the 20% increase healing bonus does apply for MW.

I think you meant 8408+.385*AP, else it would be 100M+ healing.

Effect $124040 is the healing effect for Chi Torpedo with some modification of .3850000.

With 76321 AP, I did 121900 crit. (8408+.556*76231)*1.2*2 = 121901

It does work on the PTR realm though
Fixes are only applied on the PTR realm until the next update pack.
Need a second opinion on mistweaver damage. Seems too high now, almost as if the 20% healing applies to damage,
