Should have a low chance of breaking but currently it's breaking after dealing about 10%~ damage to the target.
Should root the main target (only the selected player) and that root should break on first damage freeing the enemy from the root and making him flee (ofc he should still be under fear effect).

Lol way more more then 10% , here you can fear the main target , apply mortal strike and collosus smash without breaking it.
It rly break like when you receive dmg like 2-3% dmg of you life.

There is nothing about RNG on this spell , warriors fear are not strong as others fear , you can also watch all the blizzforum post where warriors are crying i bet you already find them .
It must break when you receive 2-3% dmg thats all, no such thing as "lowchance"

10% ? A warrior got me from 180k hp to 0k, 80k slam, 40k slam and 90k execute. Fear didn't break.. Had like 500k max hp

You did 130k and the fear is supposed to break on 10% of the mobs health so basicaly 55.3k but what if the fear break with 20% of the mob health ? 110k but you did 130k crit so you still did more damage than the break point so the fear break anyway. So your video is not a proof it's just a useless video :)

Do the same with an attack who can do less than 60k damage or a slam non crit on the same mob and we will see a real statement with a real difference.

And I did this video to stop the retarded people from "OMFG WARR FEAR NO BREAK I TAKE 300K AND DIE IN ONE FEAR" so yeah this will be my evidence that it does break after taking 10% of damage. Test it in PvP in arena maybe, it's funny how me and my warrior friend did 2v2 yesterday and he did a fear at like 150k hp and it needed 3 hits from the warrior (colossus, mortal strike, slam) + some crackling jade lightning hits to break.

Celestial alignement was working fine in pve. But doing 320k in PvP is not considered balanced. Anyway take you freaking video : It's nothing. As i explain, you're doing a 130k crit on a 555k mob.

10% or 555k is 55k. You doing almost 3times the damage required to break the fear and you say it's normal. Just think you dumbo. If you use a technique who is doing 60k on that mob and it breaks, fine. But 130k crit --' 130k is 10% of 555k ?????

Seriously the only reason why they switched this spell to disorient effect was to remove it from DR of fear
This "Any damage taken by the target will break the effect, even that caused by DoTs such as [Deep Wounds]. The fear affecting the additional enemies is less likely to break upon damage." apply to everypatch , This fear is the weakest fear of the game since it's physical school . In vanilla , bc , tlk , cata , mop , wod , IT MUST BREAK INSTANTLY when we receives dmg from this. Stop saying your casual bullshit about " it was changed to wod blablabla" it was only to change the type of DR

CochonHalal is right here and it's honestly a pity, that the Dev Team still considers questionable evidence from the evidently bugged server as proof, furthermore from people that have about as much experience about the in-depth background information of classes, mechanics and the likes, as a rotten fruit. While those that actually have that amount of experience get kicked from the Team for suggesting sensible fixes, based on their in-depth Retail experience and theorycrafting. ;)

TL;DR: Don't be a stupid fuck, IS has always and will always break from any kind of damage on the primary target and has a chance to break on the secondary targets.

TL;DR²: Please, for the love of god and all that is holy, you have a bugged server. Only take evidence from old retail vids, databases or other reliable sources. This should be fixed :)
Intimidating Shout, Fear and Ring of Frost effect will now break at a random damage value between 1 (instant break) and 10% of the caster heal (which means it WILL break after at most 10% of the max health you had when you got CC'd).
