reporte : Glyph of Rejuvenation

Hello :)
The glyph of rejuvenation simply isn't working, it's supposed to be reducing the cast time of nourish by 30% but isn't at all
I've tried putting my rejuv on four ppl and cast Nourish i still have the same amount of secs to cast. Especially important in BGs, RBGs, PVE environments.


Fix ASAP ? thanks
