Curse of exhaution is bugged when we use the Glyph of Curse of exhaution. Let me explain
The glyph says : Slow increase from 30% to 70% but in exchange the spell has now 10sec cd (before 0) and slow duration -50%. The part of "slow duration-50%" isn't working

Without the glyph the spell work like this : 0 CD , 30% slow and 10sec duration
How it work atm on firestorm with the glyph : 10 CD , 70% slow and STILL 10sec duration
How it SHOULD work : 10 sec CD , 70% slow AND 5sec duration
With this bug Affliction can slow his maintarget 7/7 24/24 .
You can see on my screen with the glyph the duration is still 10sec on my target
I'm not sure but i don't know why this one has a 10sec duration while all other MOP slow are at 8sec duration in PvP (Warriors , monks , shams rogue etc....)
