Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): I'm trying to do the Battle Bonds quest (from the leatherworking legion quest line). I have to talk to the npc Lio the Lioness in Dalaran, but when I click her it opens only the vendor tab and not the quest. Same problem was happening with Adventuring Anxieties quest and the npc Mei Francis a couple days ago, but apparently it was fixed.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Tried to abandon and take the quest again. No changes.
OBS: the first report (https://firestorm-servers.com/en/report/see_report/61859) had its status changed to RESOLVED a week ago because it was said it would be fixed in a week and the problem STILL ISN'T FIXED. So this time, please, FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE SAYING IT'S RESOLVED.
