Hello, this talent is bugged for every monk specialization, it's supposed to give 2 stacks for windwalker/mistweawer and 5 stack for brewmaster of Mana Tea/Tigereye Brew/Elusive Brew, but sometimes it give lesser ( for brewmaster) sometimes correct number, and mostly generate more then normal number of stacks.

For Brewmaster, it gives only 2 stacks if you don't got any stacks.
For Windwalker and Mistweaver spec, Chi Brew works fine, WW can get more stacks with mastery, MW can get more stacks with crit.
