Explosive shot doesnt stack when used with passive proc, it should stack, changelog will be provided below.
Confirmed, sometimes only applies to one shot or two but rarely for the 3.

Please fix it. It is the most important ability for the SV hunter especially if you have 4P on T16 which doesn't exixt now but I you got the pint.
