Complete description of your issue: The honor talent Ride the Lightning must be trigered by Stormstrike but it is trigering by whatever ability you use. In addition its damage is higher than it should (about 50% higher). In battlegrounds chain lighting is almost 60% my total damage.

About proc thing thats true but i think for dmg it does it is too low and not higher like u told
